What is Pinsa?

Pinsa is a neutral precooked base made of selected high quality flours (soft wheat flour, rice flour, whole soy flour, sourdough).
For this it is highly digestible and you can stuff it in 1,000 different ways.

We produce it in our laboratories in Reggio Emilia for distributors, clubs, restaurants, pizzerias and Mass Distribution (under the brand named “Pinsami”).
The Pinsa is very fast to prepare: it takes 5 minutes!

BAKE IT

Bake Pinsa (suggested T 280/320 °C) for about 5 minutes.
